SERVICES

Nobody does EDM better than KLH!! We have machines of varying
types and sizes, both conventional (sinker) and wire machines with table sizes
up to 20"x 40"x 23" and weight capacities up to 5 tons.

We also provide Waterjet cutting. This form of abrasive machining
is unique in that it will cut everything from soft, mushy gasket type materials
up to exotic materials such as: Inconel, Waspalloy, and Titanium, to name a few.
Table sizes up to 6' x 12'.
- With (2) CNC micro hole dirlling machines we can provide holes from .008" to .125" diameter quickly and economically.
- Our expertise in the area of machined parts is among the best in
the business. We
will machine any type of material. Our size envelope is 20" x 40" x 20" with
4-axis machining available.

Our people are well versed in the assembly of tools and sub-assemblies.
- We Are skilled in the design and build of conventional and hi-speed stamping dies.
- We design and build measurement gaging to check your products.
